Muskegon man faces year in jail for theft.

HART — A 29-year-old Muskegon man faces serving one year in jail after pleading guilty to larceny by conversion $1,000-$20,000 in 27th Circuit Court Monday, Aug. 27.

Keith James Mueller, of 2346 Lincoln Park Dr., was working for a moving company and stole some items from a customer, said Oceana County Prosecutor Joseph Bizon. Following an investigation, Mueller was arrested by the Michigan State Police.

Sentencing is set for Nov. 5 at 9 a.m.
