The following is recent police activity in the City of Hart:
Thursday, Aug. 16, 2018:
– 11:18 a.m., (Hart Police Department), a 23-year-old Hart man was arrested for probation violation, Oceana County Probation and Parole Office, City of Hart. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
– 1:02 p.m., (HPD), a 38-year-old Whitehall man was arrested on a warrant and for resisting and obstructing police, 800 block of Griswold Street, City of Hart. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
– 4:55 p.m., (HPD), vehicle crash, no injuries, 800 block of State Street, City of Hart.
– 10:35 p.m., (HPD), alarm, 2000 block of Comfort Drive, City of Hart.
Friday, Aug. 17, 2018:
– 2:02 a.m., (HPD), a 31-year-old Hart man was arrested for second-offense driving while license suspended (DWLS) and fleeing and eluding and cited for speeding, Oceana Drive and Tyler Road, City of Hart. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
– 11:59 a.m., (HPD), medical assist, 600 block of East Main Street, City of Hart.
– 4:50 p.m., (HPD), a 45-year-old Hart woman was arrested on a warrant issued by HPD, 600 block of State Street, City of Hart. She was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
– 4:51 p.m., (HPD), disorderly person and trespassing, 200 block of State Street, City of Hart.
– 6 p.m., (HPD), a 29-year-old Hesperia man was arrested for parole violation, Oceana County Probation Parole Office, City of Hart. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
