HART — The following were sentenced recently in 78th District Court:

– Kyle Lee Siersema, 22, of 3067 N. Comstock Ave., Hesperia, was found guilty Aug. 20 of operating while impaired and was sentenced to one day in jail with credit for one day served; six months probation; outpatient treatment; 93 days discretionary jail; not to purchase/possess a firearm; subject to testing, searches and counseling; no alcohol/drugs; no assaultive behavior; and $1,655 in fines and costs. One count of operating while intoxicated was dismissed. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS).

– Trent Benjamin Montambo, 22, of 2948 Tahoe Trail, New Era, was found guilty Aug. 20 of disorderly person – jostling and was sentenced to 28 days in jail with credit for 28 days served; 90 days discretionary jail; must complete counseling; and $400 in fines and costs. One count of domestic violence was dismissed.

– Michael Douglas Burgett, 62, of 2055 Sandpiper Pt., Grand Rapids, was found guilty Aug. 20 of operating while impaired and was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served; 93 days discretionary jail; outpatient treatment; and $1,055 in fines and costs. One count of operating while intoxicated was dismissed. Conviction reportable to SOS.

– Stephanie Marie Christmann, 45, of 614 S. State St., Hart, was found guilty Aug. 20 of breaking and entering – illegal entry and was sentenced to four days in jail with credit for four days served; 90 days discretionary jail; and $400 in fines and costs.

– Lenin Alexander Castillo-Rucoba, 22, of 3241 N. 72nd Ave., Hart, was found guilty Aug. 20 of operating while impaired and was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served; outpatient treatment; 93 days discretionary jail; and $940 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. Charges of transporting open intoxicants and operating while intoxicated were dismissed.

– Claudia Brandel, 46, of 1966 N. 94th Ave., Hart, was found guilty Aug. 15 of dog running at large and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail and $230 in fines and costs.

– Stephen Michael Ryder, 28, of 3628 Lee Lane, Hart, pleaded “no contest” Aug. 16 to marijuana possession and was sentenced to 28 days in jail with credit for 28 days served; one year discretionary jail over the next two years; no alcohol/drugs; subject to random testing; outpatient treatment; and $450 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of disorderly – drunk was dismissed.

– Allen Stewart VanBlargan, 19, of 1026 W. Giles Rd., Muskegon, was found guilty Aug. 15 of driving while license suspended (DWLS) and was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail and $400 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.

– Riley Wayne Hasse, 20, of 128 N. Brooks Rd., Muskegon, was found guilty Aug. 15 of unlawful license plate use and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail and $215 in fines and costs.

– Horacio Mascorro, Jr., 21, of 6792 N. 128th Ave., Hart, was found guilty Aug. 15 of dog running at large and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail for one year and $155 in fines and costs.

– Luann Jeannette Mitteer, 61, of 5668 W. 1st St., Mears, was found guilty Aug. 15 of transporting open intoxicants and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail and $300 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.

– James Michael Dean, 60, of 5668 W. 1st St., Mears, was found guilty Aug. 15 of transporting open intoxicants and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail and $300 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.

– David Allen Wellington, 24, of 314 Hart St., Hart, was found guilty Aug. 14 of DWLS and was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail and a $75 fine. Conviction reportable to SOS.
