27th Circuit Court sentencings, posted Aug. 24, 2018.

HART — The following were sentenced recently in 27th Circuit Court:
Saldana
– Simon Gabriel Saldana, 26, of 6415 E. Garfield Rd., Hesperia, was found guilty of probation violation and sentenced Aug. 20 to one year in jail with credit for 203 days served; $413.72 in restitution; and $400 in fines and costs. Probation, which stems from a Jan. 18, 2017 conviction of illegal use of a financial transaction device, is revoked.
– Jeffrey Scott DeBlock, 45, of 2684 E. Garfield Rd., Hesperia, was found guilty July 9 of assault with a

weapon and sentenced Aug. 20 to 10 months in jail with credit for 88 days served; two years probation; and $490 in fines and costs. Two counts of assault with a weapon were dismissed.
– Richard William Kuehler, 54, of 8686 E. Hogan Rd., Walkerville, was found guilty of probation violation and

sentenced Aug. 20 to 330 days in jail with credit for 203 days served; $265 in restitution; and $490 in fines and costs. Probation, which stems from an April 2 conviction of third-offense operating while intoxicated, is revoked.
– Russell Allen Morton, 62, of 3038 Tahoe Trail, New Era, was found guilty Aug. 16 of reckless use of a weapon
Morton
and sentenced to two years probation; not to purchase/possess a firearm; $1,342.05 in restitution; and $490 in fines and costs. One count of killing/torturing an animal was dismissed.
– Erica Bianca Benitez, 29, of 12467 Whispering Blvd., Jacksonville, Florida, pleaded “no contest” Aug. 20 to
Benitez
cocaine use and was sentenced to two months in jail with credit for two months served; driver’s license suspended 180 days/restricted after 30 days; and $490 in fines and costs. One count of cocaine possession less than 25 grams was dismissed.
