HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:

Felonies

Langston

– Mark Steven Langston II, 32, of 836 W. Forest Ave., Muskegon, was arrested by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for two felony counts of third-degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC) of an “incapacitated” or “physically helpless” female victim, according to his court file. The incident allegedly occurred June 24 in Golden Township. The maximum penalty for third-degree CSC is 15 years in prison. Preliminary conference: Aug. 27 at 3 p.m. Bail: $25,000/cash/surety. UPDATE: LANGSTON WAS FOUND NOT GUILTY BY A JURY, FEB. 21.

– Michael Ray Hale, 31, of 105 Woodlawn Ave., Hart, was arrested by the Hart Police Department (HPD) for a felony of fourth-degree fleeing a police officer and a misdemeanor of second-offense driving

while license suspended (DWLS). Preliminary conference: Aug. 27 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety. In a separate file, Hale is charged with another count of second-offense DWLS and marijuana possession stemming from a Shelby Police Department (SPD) arrest. Pretrial: Sept. 11 at 10 a.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Derek Scott Zuniga, 38, of 2105 Union St., Shelby, was arrested by HPD for a felony of

– Alyssa Renee Blum, 21, of 698 W. Laketon Ave., Muskegon, was arrested by OCSO for a felony of possession of

– Phillip Edward Roberts, Jr., 32, of 111 Church St., Hart; HPD; failure to return rental property less than $200. Pretrial: Sept. 27 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

– Steven Anthony Langlois, 44, of 4116 E. Buchanan Rd., Shelby; OCSO; domestic violence. Pretrial: Sept. 11 at 2 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Ryan Anthony Featherstone, 36, of 117 N. Clinton Ave., Saint John’s, Michigan; Michigan State Police (MSP); driving a commercial vehicle while license suspended. Pretrial: Sept. 18 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/personal.

– Regina Louise Starks, 53, of 4533 S. 144th Ave., Shelby; MSP; fourth-degree child abuse. Pretrial: Sept. 11 at 4:30 p.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
