HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:

Riggs

– Joseph Alan Riggs, 35, of 5888 5th St., Mears, was arrested by the Michigan State Police (MSP) for a felony of third-offense domestic violence. In a separate case, Riggs was arrested by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a felony of illegal sale/use of a financial transaction device. Preliminary conference: Aug. 20 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety. In a third file,

Pulsipher

Riggs is charged with a misdemeanor of assault and battery stemming from an OCSO arrest. Pretrial: Aug. 21 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent. In a fourth file, Riggs is charged with operating while intoxicated (OWI) and second-offense driving while license suspended (DWLS) stemming from an OCSO arrest. Pretrial: Aug. 21 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $7,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

Ohrling

– Joseph Owen Pulsipher, 51, of 9430 Filmore Rd., Hesperia, was arrested by MSP for a felony of controlled substance possession – narcotic or cocaine less than 25 grams. Preliminary conference: Aug. 20 at 3 p.m. Bail: $7,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Zachary Adam Ohrling, 27, of 120 Munn St., Hesperia, was arrested by OCSO for a felony of third-offense OWI

and second-offense DWLS. Preliminary conference: Aug. 20 at 3 p.m. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety.

– Dakota Jo Weber, 24, of 50 S, Michigan Ave., Shelby, was arrested by the Hart Police Department (HPD) for a felony of assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder. Preliminary conference: Aug. 20 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety.

Guerrero

– Miguel Angel Guerrero, 37, of 201 State St., Shelby, was arrested by MSP for a felony of third-offense OWI and second-offense DWLS. Preliminary conference: Aug. 20 at 3 p.m. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Jeffrey Scott Hoffman, 51, of 1796 W. Webster Rd., Montague, was arrested by HPD for a felony of third-offense OWI and second-offense DWLS. Preliminary conference: Aug. 20 at 3
