27th Circuit Court sentencings, posted Aug. 10, 2018.

HART — The following were sentenced recently in 27th Circuit Court:

Chase

– Calvin Michael Chase, 21, of 6335 N. 176th Ave., Walkerville, was found guilty of probation violation and was sentenced July 30 to 15 months to 10 years in prison with credit for 386 days served in jail and $400 in fines and costs. Probation, which stems from an Oct. 26, 2015 conviction of assault with intent to commit sexual penetration, is revoked. Chase was also found guilty June 4 of third-degree fleeing police and was sentenced July 30 to 102 days in jail with credit for 102 days served and $398 in fines and costs. Conviction is reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS).

– Joseph Cruz Pulsipher, 22, of 1464 N. 100th Ave., Hart, was found guilty of probation violation and sentenced July 30 to nine months in

jail with credit for 114 days served; $3,225 in restitution; and $400 in fines and costs. Probation, which stems from an Aug. 5, 2016 conviction of larceny in a building, is revoked.

– Cadenn Douglas Lorenz, 26, of 503 S. State St., Hart, was found guilty June 18 of

assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and was sentenced Aug. 6 to 158 days in jail with credit for 158 days served; 18 months probation; and $490 in fines and costs. One count of assault with a weapon was dismissed.

– Sidney Ngaio Brooks, 21, of 2268 Valley St., Muskegon, was found guilty June 11 of second-offense controlled substance delivery less than 50 grams and was sentenced Aug. 6 to

90 days in jail with credit for three days served; 18 months probation; driver’s license suspended one year/restricted after 60 days; and $730 in fines, costs and restitution. A second count of controlled substance delivery less than 50 grams was dismissed.

– Stephen Anthony Click, 24, of 405 N. Hampton Crt., Naperville, Illinois, was found guilty Jan. 29 of controlled substance delivery less than 50 grams and was sentenced July 23 to three months in jail with credit for one

day served; driver’s license suspended 180 days/restricted after 30 days; and $2,500 in fines and costs. One count of delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine was dismissed.
