HART — The following were sentenced recently in 78th District Court:

– Travis Alan Love, 24, of 10883 Schow Rd., Holton, was found guilty July 30 of driving while license suspended (DWLS) and was sentenced to one year discretionary jail and $450 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS). One count of second-offense DWLS was dismissed.

– Timberly Ann Evans, 36, of 2349 S. 118th Ave., Shelby, was found guilty July 30 of harboring misdemeanants and was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail and a $75 fine.

– Gregory Lawrence Dougherty, 19, of 7169 W. 88th Ave., Rothbury, was found guilty July 30 of attempted breaking and entering/illegal entry and was sentenced to 45 days discretionary jail and a $75 fine.

– Antonio Lamont Grover, 47, of 2477 Kendall St., Detroit, was found guilty July 30 of disorderly person – drunk and was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail and a $75 fine. One count of f malicious destruction of property (MDOP) $200-$1,000 was dismissed.

– Kelly Lee Purdy, 46, of 5225 N. 192nd Ave., Walkerville, was found guilty July 30 of operating while impaired and was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail; outpatient treatment; and $1,055 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of operating while intoxicated was dismissed.

– Joshua Donald Dakan, 35, of 1751 W. Cleveland Rd., New Era, was found guilty July 25 of DWLS and was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail and $400 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.

– Michael David Abbatoy, 54, of 7080 S. Surf Ct., Rothbury, was found guilty July 25 of DWLS and was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail for one year and $400 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.

– Horacio Mascorro, Jr., 23, of 6792 N. 128th Ave., Hart, was found guilty July 25 of dog running at large and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail and $155 in fines and costs.

– Kevin Hakeem Malone, 29, of 3301 Fifth St., Muskegon, was found guilty July 25 of driving while license not valid and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail and $300 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.

– Lukas Scott Lindsay, 30, of 4158 Wisteria Ave., Fremont, was found guilty July 25 of transporting open intoxicants and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail and $300 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.

– Brighton James Hovey, 20, of 2478 W. Lake Rd., Hart, was found guilty July 25 of driving while license not valid and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail and $300 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.

– Brandon Lynn Dixon, 20, of 20-60 E. Wilson Rd., Custer, was found guilty July 25 of minor in possession of alcohol (MIP) and was sentenced to $300 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.

– Michael Jason Hileski, 26, of 2200 S. 32nd Ave., Shelby, was found guilty July 25 of DWLS and was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail for one year and $400 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.

– Harpal Singh, 33, of 24182 Red Arrow Hwy., Mattawan, Michigan, was found guilty July 25 of operating an ORV on a public roadway and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail and $250 in fines and costs.

– Wanda June Renkema, 58, of 3080 E. Pierce Rd., Shelby, was found guilty July 25 of dog running at large and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail and $155 in fines and costs.

– Tyler James Yerrick, 21, of 1222 108th Ave., Otsego, Michigan, was found guilty July 25 of commercial motor vehicle – no group designator and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail and $225 in fines and costs.

– Jason Patrick Claeys, 50, of 272 Walnut St., Shelby, was found guilty July 25 of driving while license expired and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail and $225 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.

– Jeffrey Lee Belton, 65, of 4312 S. 136th Ave., Hesperia, was found guilty July 24 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail and $125 in fines and costs. One count of DWLS was dismissed.

– Oscar Ricard Ramirez, 26, of 1655 Evans St., Detroit, was found guilty July 30 of operating an ORV while license suspended and was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail and $400 in fines and costs.

– Priscilla Marie Gutierrez, 27, of 4885 Wayne Rd., Pentwater, was found guilty July 24 of DWLS and was sentenced to one year discretionary jail and $450 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.

– Mitchell Aaron Robinson, 38, of Rothbury, was found guilty July 24 of DWLS and was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail and $400 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of second-offense DWLS was dismissed.

– Carla Sarah Ramos-Flores, 20, of 172 Highbury Dr., Elgin, Illinois, was found guilty July 24 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail and $290 in fines and costs. One count of operating without a license was dismissed.

– Robert Earl Easlick, 43, of 302 E. North St., Owosso, Michigan, was found guilty July 25 of operating an ORV while license suspended and was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail and $400 in fines and costs.

– Matthew Michael Sarber, 30, of 2725 E. Forrest St., Rothbury, was found guilty July 24 of DWLS and was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail and $400 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
