The following is recent police activity in Oceana County:
Monday, July 23, 2018:
– 2 p.m., (Michigan State Police), car/deer crash, 18th Avenue near Buchanan Road, Golden Township.
– 9:17 p.m., (Oceana County Sheriff’s Office), a 44-year-old Twin Lake man was arrested for marijuana possession and driving while license revoked, Winston Road, Village of Rothbury.
– 10:10 p.m., (MSP), a 70-year-old Hesperia man was arrested on an outstanding warrant, Garfield Road, Greenwood Township.
– 10:40 p.m., (OCSO), a 17-year-old Montague man was arrested for minor in possession of alcohol, minor in possession of tobacco, marijuana possession and on an outstanding warrant, West Webster Road, Grant Township.
– 11:34 p.m., (OCSO), a 27-year-old Hart man was arrested for domestic violence and on an outstanding warrant, 6000 block of West Fox Road, Golden Township.
Tuesday, July 24, 2018:
– 2:26 a.m., (MSP), domestic assault, Cherokee Drive, Village of Rothbury.
– 5:17 a.m., (OCSO), MIP, 154th Avenue near Loop Road, Ferry Township. (Suspect information not available.)
– 7:50 a.m., (MSP), a 45-year-old Fremont man was arrested for driving an unregistered vehicle, State and Karen streets, City of Hart.
