Boy, 11, apprehended by police for strangulation.

FERRY TOWNSHIP — An 11-year-old boy was apprehended by troopers from the Hart post of the Michigan State Police for assault by strangulation for allegedly strangling his sister Friday, July 20, shortly before 10 p.m. on 136th Avenue near Mill Pond County Park, according to Trooper Kelsey Case.
The victim was not injured, and the boy was released to a family member.
