HART — The following were sentenced recently in 27th Circuit Court:
Valentine
– Austin Shelby Valentine, 29, of 5915 W. Deer Rd., Mears, was found guilty April 30 of controlled substance delivery 50-449 grams and was sentenced July 9 to three to 20 years in prison and $490 in fines and costs. Sentence runs consecutively to any parole violation sanctions he receives. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS).

– Jared Theodore Greiner, 34, of 1370 W. Monroe Rd., Hart, pleaded “no contest” May 7 to assault with intent to commit great bodily harm less than murder and was

sentenced July 16 to 15 months to 10 years in prison with credit for 83 days served and $458 in fines and costs. One count of assault and battery was dismissed.

– Rodney Alvin Ramthun, 51, of 4080 W. Baker Rd., Shelby, was found guilty March 12 of controlled substance

delivery less than 50 grams and was sentenced July 16 to one year in jail with credit for two days served; driver’s license suspended 180 days/restricted after 30 days; two years probation; and $398 in fines and costs. Another count of controlled substance delivery less than 50 grams and one count of delivery/manufacture of marijuana were dismissed.

– Victor Ivan Rodriguez, 31, of 3479 N. 120th Ave., Hart, was found guilty April 9 of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and was sentenced July 16 to five months in jail with credit for one day

served; must report to jail Sept. 16; on curfew from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. and Secure Continuous Remote Alcohol Monitoring (SCRAM) for 60 days; 18 months probation; and $458 in fines and costs. One count of marijuana possession was dismissed.
– Steven Robert Ries, 30, of 9132 Lincoln Dr., Whitmore Lake, Michigan, was found guilty May 21 of

delivery/manufacture of marijuana and was sentenced July 16 to 60 days in jail with credit for one day served; report to jail Dec. 21; driver’s license suspended 180 days/restricted after 30 days; 18 months probation; and $458 in fines and costs.
– Travis Arden Clements, 36, of 5622 Water Rd., New Era, was found guilty of probation violation and sentenced

July 16 to one year in jail with credit for 285 days served and $400 in fines and costs. Probation is revoked. Probation stems from a Dec. 19,2016 conviction of controlled substance delivery less than 50 grams.
– Matthew Guiterrez, 22, of 2880 W. Polk Rd., Hart, was found guilty May 7 of third-degree fleeing a police officer

and operating while intoxicated and was sentenced July 16 to 11 days in jail with credit for two days served; serve three weekends; 18 months probation; and $512 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
– Zada Ann Holey, 23, of 516 Union St., Grand Rapids, was found guilty of probation violation and sentenced July 9 to 195 days in jail with credit for 171

days served; two years probation; and $375 in fines and costs. Probation stems from an Oct. 23, 2017 conviction of controlled substance possession less than 25 grams. Conviction reportable to SOS.
– Tara Jean Fitzgerald, 26, of 1882 S. Getty St., Muskegon, pleaded “no contest” July 16 to lying to a police officer and was sentenced to 30 days

in jail with credit for 30 days served and $258 in fines and costs. “Defendant is allowed to withdraw her plea to the felony charge of public threat – false report and plea to a misdemeanor charge of lying to a police officer,” her court file states.
– Keith Bradford Dawson, 67, of of 3151 Meyers Ave., New Era, was found guilty May 21 of delivery/manufacture of

– Linsey Jo Dean, 31, of 1510 W. Woodrow Rd., Shelby, was found guilty of probation violation and was

sentenced to $370 in fines and costs. Probation, which stems from an Aug, 14, 2017 conviction of controlled substance delivery to a minor, is revoked. Deferred status is revoked.
