CSC tops 78th District Court arraignments.

HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:
Felonies
Dawkins
– Edward Allen Dawkins, 46, of 8366 E. M 20, Hesperia, was arrested by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for felonies of first-degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC) – victim under 13 years old and second-degree CSC – victim under 13 years old. Preliminary conference: July 23 at 3 p.m. Bail: $100,000/cash/surety.
– Monte Lee DuPont, 25, of 65 S. Winter St., Hesperia, was arrested by
