HART — The following were sentenced recently in 78th District Court:
– Matthew Allen Rutzebeck, 44, of 6113 E. Filmore Rd., Walkerville, was found guilty of assault and battery and was sentenced to 30 days in jail; 93 days discretionary jail; six months probation; must wear tether upon release from jail for remainder of probation; and $975 in fines and costs. One count of attempted fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC) was dismissed.
– Emily Christina Norwood, 40, of 2186 Leif Ave., Muskegon, was found guilty June 25 of operating while impaired and was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail; outpatient treatment; and $1,060 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS). One count of operating while intoxicated was dismissed.
– Lloyd Guy Holland, 65, of 7656 E. Washington Rd., Branch, was found guilty June 25 of operating while impaired and was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail and $1,055 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of operating while intoxicated was dismissed.
– Garry Lee Sharphorn, 25, of 5984 S. 56th Ave., New Era, was found guilty June 25 of malicious destruction of property $200-$1,000 and was sentenced to one year discretionary jail; $1,124 in restitution; and $450 in fines and costs. Two counts of willful and malicious damage of a traffic control device were dismissed.
– William Earl Smith, 58, of 76 W. McKinley Rd., Rothbury, was found guilty June 25 of driving while license suspended (DWLS) and was sentenced to one year discretionary jail and $450 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
– Gerardo Joel Mendoza, 26, of 1404 N. York Rd., Hart, was found guilty June 25 of DWLS and was sentenced to one year discretionary jail and $450 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of second-offense DWLS was dismissed.
– Isaac William VanSlooten, 20, of 9450 Buchanan St., Allendale, was found guilty June 19 of operating an ORV on a highway or right-of-way and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail and $120 in fines and costs. One count of marijuana possession was dismissed.
– Carolina Mendoza-Araujo, 27, of 2906 W. Walnut St., Garland, Texas, was found guilty June 25 of driving while license not valid and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail. Conviction reportable to SOS.
– J. Guadalupe-Tudon Reyna, 24, of 2791 E. Warren Rd. Shelby, was found guilty June 21 of transporting open intoxicants and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail and $300 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
– Cody Philip Huettl, 22, of 1577 N. County Rd., Richmond, Wisconsin, was found guilty June 20 of transporting open intoxicants and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail and $300 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
– Dennis D. McAnally, 53, of 18204 Webster Rd., Bowling Green, Ohio, was found guilty June 22 of operating an ORV on a public road and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail and $250 in fines and costs.
– Donald Wayne Keppler, 53, of 16915 Wayne Rd., Pemberville, Ohio, was found guilty June 22 of operating an ORV on a public road and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail and $250 in fines and costs.
– Michael Ivan Darling III, 21, of 13 N. 192nd Ave., Hesperia, was found guilty June 21 of motorcycle/moped – operating without a license and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail and $75 fine.
– Bernard Eugene Bromley, 38, of 1133 W. Hazel Rd., Hart, was found guilty June 19 of unlawful disposal of solid waste and was sentenced to $325 in fines and costs.
– Kimberly Sue Humphrey, 53, of 3325 S. 140th Ave., Hesperia, was found guilty June 20 of animals running at large and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail and $155 in fines and costs.
– Nancy Ann Tucker, 52, of 7305 Forrest Glen, Rothbury, was found guilty June 20 of animals running at large and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail and $155 in fines and costs.
– San Juanita Garcia, 48, of 500 Fowler St., Shelby, was found guilty June 20 of dog running at large and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail and $155 in fines and costs.
– Gustavo Guadarrama-Gonzalez, 24, of 103 White St., Shelby, was found guilty June 20 of dog running at large and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail and $155 in fines and costs.
– Marilyn Ann Wolters, 55, of 7756 Jackson Rd., Walkerville, was found guilty June 20 of dog running at large and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail and $155 in fines and costs.
