HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:
Felonies
– Cameron Lee Tanner, 18, of 956 N. 34th Ave., Mears, was arrested by the Hart Police Department (HPD) for a felony of third-degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC). Preliminary conference: July 2 at 3 p.m. Bail: $20,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Daniel William Blackney, 28, of 5150 Holton Whitehall Road, Holton, was

– Julian Lugo Reyna, 27, of 52 Chapita Hills, Shelby; HPD; marijuana possession. Pretrial: July 3 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Brandon Scott Thrailkill, 25, of 13 N. Courtland St., Hart; HPD; marijuana possession. Pretrial: July 17 at 4:45 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Romelio Rendon-Frias, 38, of 1607 Superior St., Muskegon; MSP; operating while intoxicated (OWI). Pretrial: July 24 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Gregory Lawrence Dougherty, 19, of 7169 W. 88th Ave., Rothbury; OCSO; attempted breaking and entering. Pretrial: July 10 at 2 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Tristan Drake Bean, 22, of 7315 104th St., Flushing; OCSO; marijuana possession. Pretrial: July 17 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
