CRYSTAL TOWNSHIP — A pellet or B-B gun was used in a drive-by shooting Friday, June 22, around noon in the 5600 block of North 126th Avenue, said Oceana County Sheriff Craig Mast.

Witnesses told deputies that they saw two people involved, one of whom was the driver of a pickup truck and the other was a person inside the truck’s topper who shot a rifle aimed at a residence, Mast said. Both of them were wearing hoodies to cover their faces. After the shooting, the truck immediately drove away from the scene.

No one was injured. However, there are two holes in the house’s siding from the shots.

If anyone has any information, they are asked to contact the sheriff’s office at 231-873-2121.
