HART — The following were sentenced recently in 78th District Court:
– Joseph Ramiro Auger, 42, of 2534 S. Stone Rd., Fremont, was found guilty June 4 of second-offense operating while impaired and was sentenced to three days in jail; 93 days discretionary jail; outpatient treatment; six months probation; and $1,780 in fines and costs. One felony count of third-offense operating while intoxicated was dismissed. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS).
– Jennifer Lynsey Steger, 23, of 1375 N. Bingham Ave., White Cloud, was found guilty May 14 of operating while impaired and was sentenced June 4 to 93 days discretionary jail; Alcohol Highway Safety Education (AHSE); and $1,055 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable SOS. One count of operating while intoxicated was dismissed.
– Michael Allen Herlein, 47, of 124 Pine St. Shelby, was found guilty June 4 of failure to report a property damage accident and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail; $1,679 in restitution; and $400 in fines and costs. “If no legal issues within 90 days, the defendant can withdraw his plea, and this matter will be dismissed,” his court file states.
– William Stephen Jackson, 43, of 2855 Vandenberg, Muskegon, was found guilty June 4 of operating while impaired by a controlled substance and was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail and $1,055 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. Charges of marijuana possession and operating while intoxicated were dismissed.
– Kolten Lee Bolles, 21, of 690 Brucker Ave., Hesperia, was found guilty May 29 of minor in possession of alcohol (MIP) and was sentenced to outpatient treatment and $300 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. Sentence is deferred for six months. (Bolles turned 21 a few days after the sentencing.)
– Julio Rocha, 32, of 6827 N. 126th Ave., Hart, was found guilty May 14 of third-degree retail fraud and was sentenced June 4 to 93 days discretionary jail and $400 in fines and costs. Restitution is reserved for 30 days.
– Trever James Durgan, 18, of 2785 Dalson Rd., Twin Lake, was found guilty May 29 of possession of open intoxicants and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail and $300 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
– Faustino Cristanto Montero, 40, of 98 Sessions Rd., Shelby, was found guilty May 30 of driving while license not valid and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail and $300 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
– Marcos Eloy Garcia, 30, of 4720 3rd St., Shelby, was found guilty May 30 of improper plates and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail and $215 in fines and costs.
– Benjamin Adam Skivers, 37, of 319 Circle Dr., Fremont, was found guilty May 30 of violation of a restricted license and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail and $250 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
– Alan Joseph Link, 29, of 402 W. Baker St., Twin Lake, was found guilty May 30 of possession of open intoxicants and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail and $300 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
– Viviana Tenney, 34, of 3975 N. Oceana Dr., Hart, was found guilty May 30 of driving while license not valid and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail and $300 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
Dismissal
– Dustin Douglas Clark, 26, of 3161 N. 72nd Ave., Hart, one count of disturbing the peace was dismissed June 4 on a deferred sentence.
