HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:
Felonies
LaBeau
– Harold Raymond Labeau, 47, of 602 State St., Hart, was arrested by the Hart Police Department (HPD) on two felony counts of possession of child sexually abusive material and one felony count of using a computer to commit to crime. Preliminary conference: June 11 at 3 p.m. Bail: $25,000/cash/surety.
– Nathan John Besemer, 36, of 17 M. Peach St., Hart, was arrested by HPD for a felony of illegal sale/use of a financial transaction device. In a

second file, Besemer was arrested by HPD for a felony of forgery. In a third file, he was arrested by HPD for a felony of cocaine possession less than 25 grams. In a fourth file, he was arrested by the State, Sheriffs’, Chiefs’ Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) for another felony count of cocaine possession less than 25 grams. Preliminary conference: June 11 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Ernest Paul Maile, 50, of 203 1/2 Melendy St., Ludington, was

– Diane Marie Goodreau, 51, of 1301 Michigan Ave., National City, Michigan,
Goodreau
was arrested by the Shelby Police Department (SPD) for a felony of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and a misdemeanor of domestic violence. Preliminary conference: June 11 at 3 p.m. Bail: $1,000/cash.
