HART — A 27-year-old Hart woman was arraigned in 27th Circuit Court Monday, June 4, on a probation violation charge after admitting to her probation officer that she used six different drugs on separate occasions.

Blair Rochelle Collins, of 1158 E. Clock Rd., is convicted of larceny in a building, and a condition of her probation is no drug use.

Judge Robert D. Springstead said there are seven allegations of how she violated her probation by admitting to using heroin, meth, cocaine, Xanax, Suboxone and morphine and failing to perform a drug test.

A contested hearing is scheduled for June 18.

Collins’ attorney Timothy Hayes requested that his client’s $15,000 cash bond be reduced to 10 percent.

“I would like to get my ducks in a row to prepare for this hearing,” Collins told the judge. “I can’t do anything when I’m behind bars.”

“You admitted to using the most drugs that most people have ever heard of,” said Judge Springstead. He denied the motion and kept Collins’ bond at $15,000 cash.
