HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:
DeBlock
– Jeffrey Scott DeBlock, 44, of 2684 E. Garfield Rd., Hesperia, was arrested by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office for three counts of felonious assault. Preliminary conference: June 4 at 3 p.m. Bail: $25,000/cash. Knives were allegedly used in the assaults of three victims May 25 in Otto Township, according to his court file.
– Joshua Daniel Sprinceana, 36, of 2755 Cook St., Niles, Michigan, was arrested by OCSO for a felony of of third-offense operating while
Sprinceana
intoxicated (OWI) and a misdemeanor of possession of firearms while under the influence. Preliminary conference: June 4 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Carl Wesley Bridenstine, 17, of 5955 West St., Twin Lake; OCSO; driving while license not valid. Pretrial: June 12 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Bernard Eugene Bromley, 38, of 1133 W. Hazel Rd., Hart; OCSO; unlawful disposal of solid waste. Pretrial: June 19 at 11 a.m. Bail: Personal.
– Daniel Lee DeHoff, 28, of 757 E. Park Rd., Rothbury; OCSO; recreational trespassing. Pretrial: June 12 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Eric William Tatro, 23, of 5333 S. 148th Ave., Hesperia; OCSO; driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: June 5 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: Personal recognizance.
– Kyle William Cloutier, 26, of 20 E. Mechanic St., Hart; Hart Police Department; operating without insurance. Pretrial: June 5 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: Personal recognizance.
– Morgan James Pearson, 21, of 160 S. East St., Walkerville; OCSO; second-offense DWLS. Pretrial: June 12 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
