27th Circuit Court sentencings, posted May 31, 2018.

HART — The following were sentenced recently in 27th Circuit Court:

Durbin

– Daniel James Durbin, 34, of 920 S. 180th Ave., Holton, was found guilty by a jury April 12 of two counts of third-degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC) victim 13-15; one count of fourth-degree CSC – victim 13-16; gross indecency between a male and female; two counts of accosting children for immoral purposes; and one count of third-offense habitual offender. Durbin was sentenced May 21 to 15 to 30 years in prison for the first two counts; 34 months to four years for the third count; 34 months to 10 years for the fourth count; and 43 months to eight years for the fifth and sixth counts. He must also pay $538 in fines and costs. The counts run concurrently, and he received credit for 293 days served in jail. Sex offender registration completed.

– Angela Ruth Smith, 47, of 501 Resseguie St., Ludington, was found

guilty Feb. 5 of embezzlement over $20,000 and was sentenced May 21 to four months in jai with credit for 17 days served; two years probation; $32,071.90 in restitution; and $490 in fines and costs.

– Zachary Jordan Franclemont, 24, of 2023 Indian Falls Rd., Corfu, New York, was found guilty Feb. 26 of controlled

substance possession less than 25 grams and was sentenced May 14 to one year probation; driver’s license suspended one year/restricted after 60 days; and $490 in fines and costs. One count of meth possession was dismissed.

– Shannon Kim Davis, 47, of 1525 W. County Line Rd., Manistee, was found guilty of controlled substance possession less than 25 grams and was sentenced May 21 to 90

days in jail with credit for 15 days served; 18 months probation; driver’s license suspended one year/restricted after 60 days; and $398 in fines and costs.

– Jesse Allen Totten, 20, of 4603 W. 24th Ave., Baldwin, was found guilty of

probation violation and sentenced May 21 to 90 days in jail with credit for 80 days served; 18 months probation; $2,400 in restitution; and $458 in fines and costs. Probation stems from a Dec. 4, 2017 conviction of unlawful use of a motor vehicle.
