HART — The following were sentenced recently in 27th Circuit Court:
– Jonathan Henry Schwab, 20, of 1003 Sprucewood Dr., Greenville, Michigan, was found guilty of probation violation and was sentenced May 7 to 18 months to 15 years in prison with credit for 454 days served in jail and $480 in fines and costs. Probation, which stems from a June 6, 2016 conviction of third-degree criminal sexual conduct, is revoked.
– Ashton John Norem, 23, of 22604 Jet Ave., Silver Lake, Minnesota, was found guilty March 12 of possession of cocaine, heroin or another narcotic less than 25 grams and was sentenced May 7 to 45 days in jail; 18 months probation;
driver’s license suspended 180 days/restricted after 30 days; and $458 in fines and costs. “Defendant is not to attend the Electric Forest Festival while on probation,” his court file states. One count of methamphetamine possession was dismissed.
– Cameron James Card, 20, of 2622 Riverview Ave., North Muskegon, was
found guilty Feb. 26 of armed robbery and was sentenced May 7 to six to 40 years in prison with credit for 270 days served in jail; restitution of $1,000; and $198 in fines and costs.
