HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:
Felonies
Greiner
– Jared Theodore Greiner, 33, of 1370 W. Monroe Rd., Hart, was arrested by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a felony of assault by strangulation and a misdemeanor of assault and battery. Preliminary conference: May 7 at 3 p.m. Bail: $10,000/cash. In a second file, Greiner was arrested by OCSO for a felony of third-offense operating while intoxicated (OWI) and a misdemeanor of second-offense driving while license suspended (DWLS) and fourth-offense habitual offender. Preliminary conference: May 7 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent. In a third file, Greiner was arrested by OCSO for misdemeanors of malicious destruction of a building $200-$1,000, failure to report and accident and second-offense DWLS. Pretrial: May 8 at 2:45 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Calvin Michael Chase, 20, of 235 N. Division St., Walkerville, was
