HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:
Felonies
– Devontay Levon Thompson, 27, of 2513 Hoyt St., Muskegon, was arrested by the State, Sheriffs, Chiefs Enforcement of Narcotics

Team (SSCENT) on four felony counts of second-offense delivery/manufacture of cocaine, heroin or another narcotic less than 50 grams. Preliminary conference: April 30 at 3 p.m. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety.
– Sidney Ngaio Brooks, 20, of 2268 Valley St., Muskegon, was arrested by SSCENT on two felony counts of

second-offense delivery/manufacture of cocaine, heroin or another narcotic less than 50 grams. Preliminary conference: April 30 at 3 p.m. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety.
The second-offense designations elevate the maximum possible terms to 40 years in prison.
– Amber Lynn Hawkins, 30, of 1490 W. Baseline Rd., Shelby, was arrested by the Hart Police Department (HPD) for a

felony of larceny $1,000-$20,000. Preliminary conference: April 30 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

– William Stephen Jackson, 43, of 2855 Vandenberg, Muskegon; Michigan State Police (MSP); operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: May 15 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Margarito Rocha, 38, of 6827 N. 126th Ave., Hart; OCSO; truancy. Pretrial: May 1 at 4 p.m. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Tomas Montalvo, Jr., 58, of 801 Wallace Ave., Kalamazoo; Shelby Police Department (SPD); larceny less than $200. Pretrial: May 1 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
– David Russell Monroe, 58, of 3404 N. 120th Ave., Hart; MSP; failure to tarp load. Pretrial: May 1 at 10 a.m. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance.
– Julio Rocha, 32, of 6827 N. 126th Ave., Hart; OCSO; third-degree retail fraud. Pretrial: May 1 at 3:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Rachel Ann Hoffman, 25, of 9876 W. Baseline Rd., Mears; SPD; marijuana possession. Pretrial: May 1 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/personal recognizance.
– Michael John Modrow, 23, of 7499 S. Forest Glen Rd., Rothbury; OCSO; open dumping/open burning. Pretrial: May 1 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance.
