HART TOWNSHIP — A 33-year-old Hart man was arrested by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office for third-offense operating while intoxicated Tuesday, April 24, at 12:52 a.m. in the 4200 block of West Polk Road, according to Oceana County Sheriff Craig Mast. The man was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
