EF hosts job fair April 28.

ROTHBURY — Electric Forest is hosting a job fair Saturday, April 28, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Rothbury Village Hall, 7804 Michigan Avenue, in search of workers for the gigantic Electric Forest Festival.

The festival runs two weekends, June 21-25 and June 28 to July 2, at the Double JJ Resort in Rothbury.

“At this first-ever Electric Forest Job Fair, those looking for possible positions to work at the Electric Forest 2018 event can apply for consideration. Below are the current available positions. There will be computers at the event to upload your contact information and to gather some info as to your interest, skills, and availability.”

Skilled carpenters
Dates/time frame: June 8 to June 20, 2018
Hours: various shifts
Description: Must have ability to read plans and build to suit.

Certified heavy equipment operators

Hours: various shifts
Description: Must have a valid certified heavy equipment license

General labor – site ops
Dates/time frame: June 5 to July 10, 2018

Description: Working with various festival departments site-wide, from general clean-up to assembling of activations.
