HART — The following were sentenced recently in 27th Circuit Court:

Sayers

– Christina Lea Sayers, 31, of 3241 N. 72nd Ave., Hart, was found guilty Dec. 18, 2017 of uttering and publishing and was sentenced April 2 to 90 days in jail with credit for 58 days served; two years probation; $15,867.67 in restitution; and $490 in fines and costs. A second count of uttering and publishing was dismissed.

Alltop

– Roy James Alltop, 47, of 1158 E. Clock Rd., Hart, was found guilty Feb. 16 of larceny $1,000-$20,000 and was sentenced April 2 to eight months in jail with credit for 75 days served; two years probation; and $400 in fines and costs. Restitution is held in abeyance for 30 days. Alltop was also found guilty Feb. 16 of breaking and entering with intent and was sentenced April 2 to one year in jail with credit for 201 days served; $1,500 in restitution; and $490 in fines and costs. The sentences run concurrently.

Brown

– Tyler Joe Brown, 25, of 4545 W. Anthony Rd., Ludington, was found guilty Jan. 22 of second-degree home invasion and was sentenced April 2 to 10 months in jail with credit for 188 days served; two years probation; $2,913.37 in restitution; and $490 in fines and costs.

– Brent Douglas Krauss, 19, of 2616 132nd Ave., Shelby, was found guilty Jan. 22 of narcotic/cocaine delivery

less than 50 grams and was sentenced April 2 to 11 months in jail with credit for 63 days served; two years probation; driver’s license suspended 180 days/restricted after 30 days; and $490 in fines and costs. One count of controlled substance delivery – schedule 1, 2, 3 was dismissed.

– April Mae-Kristi Schaefer, 39, of 7046 W. Webster Rd., Montague, was

found guilty Jan. 22 of second-offense methamphetamine possession and was sentenced April 2 to 90 days in jail with credit for 67 days served; two years probation; driver’s license suspended one year/restricted after 60 days; and $490 in fines and costs.

– Robert Edwin Reynolds, II, 26, of 2031 Sisson St., Muskegon, was found guilty Jan. 22 of controlled substance delivery – schedule 1, 2, 3 and was

sentenced April 2 to 11 months in jail with credit for five days served; driver’s license suspended 135 days/restricted after 30 days; two years probation; and $490 in fines and costs. One misdemeanor count of nitrous oxide possession was dismissed.

– Vicki Lynn Wambaugh, 39, of 215 S. Broton, Muskegon, was found guilty

Jan. 22 of third-offense operating while intoxicated and was sentenced April 2 to six months in jail with credit for one day served; two years probation; vehicle immobilization/forfeiture; and $1,140 in fines, costs and restitution. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State.
