HART — The following were sentenced recently in 78th District Court:
– William Stephen Jackson, 43, of 2855 Vandenberg Rd., Muskegon, was found guilty April 2 of operating without insurance and was sentenced to one year discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served if imposed; and $400 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS). One count of driving while license suspended (DWLS) was dismissed.
– Eugenia Louise Riggs, 47, of 425 Selma St., Cadillac, was found guilty April 2 of malicious destruction of property (MDOP) less than $200 and was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served if imposed; $225 in restitution; and $400 in fines and costs. One count of MDOP $200-$1,000 was dismissed.
– Henry Clayton-Leroy Williams, 40, of 7895 W. US 10, was found guilty April 2 of operating while intoxicated (OWI) – snowmobile and was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served if imposed; and $600 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
– John Norman, Jr., 20, of 5665 S. 142nd Ave., Rothbury, was found guilty April 2 of second-offense DWLS and was sentenced to one year discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served if imposed; and $440 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of operating without insurance was dismissed.
– Nathan Joel Monsma, 23, of 2141 Jefferson Dr., SE., Grand Rapids, was found guilty April 2 of operating while impaired and was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served if imposed; Alcohol Highway Safety Education (AHSE); and $1,090 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of operating while intoxicated was dismissed.
– James Leslie Noble, 42, of 2766 W. Woodrow Rd., Shelby, was found guilty April 2 of false pretenses $200-$1,000 and was sentenced to one year discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served if imposed; $3,700 in restitution; and $400 in fines and costs.
– Maria Tienda, 58, of 5753 Fox Rd., Mears, was found guilty April 3 of allowing a person drive in violation and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail over the next year and $290 in fines and costs. One count of operating without insurance was dismissed.
– Alfred Jay Trevino, 33, of 3261 W. Winston Rd., Rothbury, was found guilty March 29 of disturbing the peace and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail over the next year and $325 in fines and costs. One count of reckless driving was dismissed.
– Brian Ross Viscome, 30, of 4625 S. 144th Ave., Hesperia, was found guilty March 27 of marijuana use and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served if imposed; driver’s license suspended one year/restricted after 60 days; and $450 in fines and costs.
– Eric James Nichols, 23, of 11623 Harris Rd., Montague, was found guilty March 29 of failure to report an accident and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail over the next year and $325 in fines and costs. One count of failure to stop at a personal injury accident was dismissed.
– Eric Duane Martin, 43, of 9516 A. Oak Lane Dr., Montague, was found guilty March 29 of marijuana possession and was sentenced to one year discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served if imposed; outpatient treatment; driver’s license suspended one year/restricted after 60 days; and $400 in fines and costs.
– Raymond Jeffery Dickenson, 38, of 1260 W. Connie Lane, Sanford, Michigan, was found guilty March 28 of DWLS and was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served if imposed; and $400 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
– Glen Bradshaw Harbin, 44, of 4192 Pine Creek Rd., was found guilty March 29 of allowing a person drive in violation and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail over the next year; credit for time served if imposed; and $290 in fines and costs. One count of operating without insurance was dismissed.
– Aaron Abdias Rodriguez-Muniz, 36, of 7070 N. 120th Ave., Hart, was found guilty March 28 of failure to report an accident and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail over the next year; credit for time served if imposed; and $325 in fines and costs. He was also found guilty March 28 of driving while license not valid and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail over the next year and credit for time served if imposed. Conviction reportable to SOS.
– Christopher Ryan Quist, 30, of 7074 Martin Ave., SE, Grand Rapids, was found guilty March 28 of spilling load on highway with motor vehicle and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail over the next year; credit for time served if imposed; and $325 in fines and costs.
– Ronald Gene Monroe, 25, of 212 Michigan St., Walkerville, was found guilty March 28 of illegal disposal of solid waste and was sentenced to $300 in fines and costs.
– Oscar Borrego, 40, of 354 Pine St., Shelby, was found guilty March 28 of improper plates and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail over the next year; credit for time served if imposed; and $215 in fines and costs.
