HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:

Felonies

Dean

– Linsey Jo Dean, 31, of 5570 Dowling St., Montague, was arrested March 27 by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for two felony counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police. Preliminary conference: April 9 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety.

– Matthew Gutierrez, 22, of 2880 W. Polk Rd., Hart, was arrested March 28 by OCSO for a felony of third-degree
