Armed robbery tops 27th Circuit Court sentencings.

HART — The following were sentenced recently in 27th Circuit Court:
Rodriguez
– Ian Evan Rodriguez, 19, of 400 W. Laketon Ave., Muskegon, was found guilty Jan. 29 of armed robbery and was sentenced March 26 to six to 99 years in prison with credit for 241 days served in jail and $198 in fines and costs.
– Richard Lee Wiegand, 29, of 2258 Henry St., Muskegon, was found guilty
Wiegand
of probation violation and sentenced March 26 to 21 months to five years in prison with credit for 387 days served in jail; $120 in restitution; and $400 in fines and costs. Probation, which stems from an Oct. 12, 2015 conviction of first-degree retail fraud, is revoked.
– Jacob Andrew Gillish, 22, of 18235 Swiss Dr., Spring Lake, was found

guilty Nov. 20, 2017 of controlled substance delivery schedule 1, 2, 3 and was sentenced March 26 to 30 days in jail with credit for 18 days served; 18 months probation; driver’s license suspended 180 days/restricted after 30 days; and $458 in fines and costs.
– Seven Adam Laroue, 46, of 9534 N. 192nd Ave., Branch, was found guilty Dec. 21, 2017 by a jury of two counts

of resisting/assaulting/obstructing police and one count of malicious destruction of a building less than $200 and was sentenced March 26 to two concurrent terms of 11 months in jail with credit for 272 days served for counts one and two; 93 days in jail with credit for 272 days served for count three (served concurrently); $169.50 in restitution; and $316 in fines and costs.
– Levi Alan Richard, 20, of 3591 S. Water Rd., New Era, was found

guilty of probation violation and sentenced March 26 to serve 135 days in jail with credit for 86 days served; $2,581 in restitution; and $400 in fines and costs. Probation, which stems from an Oct. 24, 2016 conviction of third-degree home invasion, is continued as previously ordered.
