78th District Court arraignments.

HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:
Felonies
Saldana
– Rogelio Noel Saldana, 28, of 6415 E. Garfield Rd., Hesperia, was arrested March 15 by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for three felony counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and one misdemeanor count of domestic violence. In a separate file, Saldana faces two additional counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police. Preliminary conference: April 2 at 3 p.m. Bail: $25,000/cash/surety.
– James Leslie Noble, 42, of 2766 W. Woodrow Rd., Shelby, was arrested by the Shelby Police Department (SPD) for a felony of false

pretenses $1,000-$20,000. Preliminary conference: April 2 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety.
– George Andrew Gentz, 41, of 831 Turner Ave., Muskegon, was arrested
Gentz
March 17 by OCSO for a felony of unlawful motor vehicle use. Preliminary conference: April 2 at 3 p.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.
Misdemeanors
– Gregory Scott Carlson, 33, of 1815 N. 24th Ave., Mears; OCSO; operating while intoxicated (OWI) with an occupant less than 16 years old; operating with presence of a controlled substance; marijuana possession and operating without insurance. Pretrial: April 10 at 2:15 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Darwin Nehemias Pu-Ramirez, 20, of 373 Maple St., Shelby; Michigan State Police (MSP); OWI. Pretrial: April 3 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Randy VanderZanden, 27, of 6188 W. Fox Rd., Mears; Hart Police Department (HPD); third-degree retail fraud. Pretrial: April 3 at 3 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Paul Brandon-Scott Amos, 34, of 425 Tyler Rd., Hart; MSP; second-offense driving while license suspended. Pretrial: April 3 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Steven DeWayne Riddle, 31, of 1461 Joslyn Rd., Muskegon; OCSO; OWI. Pretrial: April 10 at 3:30 p.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Roy Francisco Huerta, 43, of 795 S. 144th Ave., Shelby; OCSO; operating without insurance. Pretrial: April 3 at 3:30 p.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.
– Julian Lugo Reyna, 27, of 52 Chapita Hills, Shelby; SPD; operating without insurance. Pretrial: April 3 at 2:45 p.m. Bail: personal recognizance.
