Hart man sentenced to jail for probation violation.

HART — A 20-year-old Hart man was sentenced to 135 days in jail with credit for 86 days served after pleading utility to probation violation in 27th Circuit Court Monday, March 26.
Levi Alan Richard, of 2778 N. 64th Ave., was arrested last month by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office for a felony of interfering with electronic communications and a misdemeanor of assault and battery of a pregnant individual. Those charges were dismissed when he pleaded guilty to violating his probation, which stems from a 2016 conviction of third-degree home invasion.
Richard was also ordered by Judge Robert D. Springstead to have no contact with the victim.
