The following is recent police activity in Oceana County:
Thursday, March 15, 2018:
– 4:15 a.m., (Hart Police Department), medical assist, 400 block of Hart Street, City of Hart.
Friday, March 16, 2018:
– 2:25 p.m., (HPD), suspicious situation, 500 block of Water Street, City of Hart.
– 6:37 p.m., (HPD), no insurance and improper plate, Church and Hart streets, City of Hart. A 20-year-old Hart man was cited.
– 7:07 p.m., (HPD), found property, 100 block of East Main Street, City of Hart.
Saturday, March 17, 2018:
– 5:11 p.m., (HPD), driving while license suspended (DWLS), Oceana Drive and East Main Street, City of Hart. A 32-year-old New Era man was cited.
Sunday, March 18, 2018:
– 7:53 p.m., (HPD), medical assist, 50 block of State Street, City of Hart.
Monday, March 19, 2018:
– 9 a.m., (HPD), alarm, 800 block of State Street, City of Hart.
– 1:30 p.m., (HPD), vehicle crash, no injuries, 200 Lake Street, City of Hart.
Tuesday, March 20, 2018:
– 9 a.m., (HPD), assist to Hart Public Schools, 300 block of Johnson Street, City of Hart
– 12:50 p.m., (HPD), medical assist, 700 block of East Main Street, City of Hart.
Wednesday, March 21, 2018:
– 10:18 a.m., (HPD), medical assist, 2000 block of 72nd Avenue, City of Hart.
– 5:46 p.m., (HPD), parking complaint, 20 block of North State Street, City of Hart.
– 7:11 p.m., (Oceana County Sheriff’s Office), a 16-year-old male juvenile is a suspect in an assault and battery incident, East Hammett Road, Crystal Township. The case has been turned over Oceana County Probate Court.
– 8:49 p.m., (OCSO), a 57-year-old New Era woman was arrested for DWLS, South Oceana Drive, Shelby Township.
– 10:03 p.m., (OCSO), a 51-year-old Shelby woman was arrested for no operator’s license and improper plate, East Ferry Street, Village of Shelby.
