Alleged liquor control violation tops police activity.

HART — Oceana County sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to Kristi’s Pour House Sunday, March 4, just after 2 a.m. for “a highly-intoxicated female passed out on the floor,” said Oceana County Sheriff Craig Mast.

The woman was “in need of medical assistance,” and Oceana County EMS responded to the scene, Mast said.

“It’s being investigated as a potential liquor law violation and will be turned over to the (Michigan) Liquor Control Commission.”

Friday, March 2, 2018:

– 10:55 a.m., (Michigan State Police), a 44-year-old Grandville man was arrested for operating without insurance, US 31 and Polk Road, Hart Township.

– 11:30 p.m., (Oceana County Sheriff’s Office), a 35-year-old Walkerville man was arrested for operating while intoxicated, East Madison Road, Crystal Township.

Sunday, March 4, 2018:

– 1:07 a.m., (MSP), a 23-year-old Hart woman was arrested on a fugitive warrant, 400 block of Johnson Street, City of Hart.

– 10:49 a.m., (OCSO), a 40-year-old Hesperia woman was arrested for domestic assault, East Garfield Road, Greenwood Township.
