HART — The following were sentenced recently in 78th District Court:
– Neil Keith Lederman, 71, of 3260 N. Silver Ridge Rd., Mears, was found guilty Feb. 12 of operating while impaired and was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served if imposed; and $1,055 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS). One count of operating while intoxicated was dismissed.
– Darrell Antwon Thomas, 28, of 4159 W. Tyler Rd., Hart, was found guilty Feb. 12 of driving while license suspended (DWLS) and was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served if imposed; and $1,571 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. Failure to stop at a property damage accident and operating without insurance were dismissed.
– Patrick Fay George, 29, of 64 S. Michigan Ave., Shelby, was found guilty Feb. 12 of second-offense DWLS and was sentenced to nine days in jail with credit for two days served; one year discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served if imposed; and $490 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
– Randy Carl Houts, 52, of 624 Slocum St., Whitehall, was found guilty Feb. 12 of disturbing the peace and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served if imposed; and $450 in fines and costs.
– Shone Bernat Williams, 23, of 5941 Rose Bud Court, Kentwood, was found guilty Feb. 12 of operating while impaired and was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served if imposed; Alcohol Highway Safety Education (AHSE); and $1,055 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of operating while intoxicated was dismissed.
– Sammy Ray Trogden, Jr., 27, of 463 Catawba Ave., Muskegon, was found guilty Jan. 29 of failure to return rental property and was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served if imposed; $179 in restitution; and $400 in fines and costs. One count of larceny by conversion was dismissed.
– Kenneth Brien Kulczynski, 42, of 572 McKinley Rd., Rothbury, was found guilty Feb. 12 of larceny less than $200 and was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served if imposed; $14 in restitution; and $400 in fines and costs.
– Danny Ray Darling, 53, of 9091 Whitbeck Rd., Montague, was found guilty Feb. 12 of larceny $200-$1,000 and was sentenced to one year discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served if imposed; and $225 in fines and costs.
– Keith Lewis Loudermilk, 34, of 659 Arthur Rd., Rothbury, was found guilty Feb. 12 of disorderly person – drunk and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served if imposed; and $400 in fines and costs. Two felony counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police were dismissed.
– Aliea Lyn Moore, 35, of 339 Laurel St., Walkerville, pleaded “no contest” Dec. 19, 2017 to recreational trespassing and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served if imposed; $250 in restitution; and $450 in fines and costs.
– Kelley Lee Purdy, 45, of 5225 N. 192nd Ave., Walkerville, was found guilty Feb. 6 of disturbing the peace and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail for one year and $325 in fines and costs. One count of domestic violence was dismissed.
– Adrian Lee Vela, 29, of 4198 E. Polk Rd., Hart, was found guilty Feb. 6 of DWLS and was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail for one year and $400 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of second-offense DWLS was dismissed.
– Richard James Ragen, 33, of 9360 E. Jackson Rd., Walkerville, was found guilty Feb. 6 of hunting deer without a license and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail for one year and $335 in fines and costs. One count of taking a deer without a license was dismissed.
– Cheyenne Marie Redman, 19, of 310 E. 82nd St., Newaygo, was found guilty Feb. 6 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail for one year and $290 in fines and costs. One count of open intoxicants in a vehicle was dismissed.
– Justin Ahu Kapahua, 25, of 9220 Clay Ave., Newaygo, was found guilty Feb. 6 of possession of open intoxicants and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail for one year and $300 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
– Jennifer Ann Duty, 31, of 2725 E. Forrest St., Rothbury, was found guilty Feb. 6 of operating an unregistered vehicle and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail for one year and $215 in fines and costs. One count of f DWLS was dismissed.
– Kyle Matthew Hamman, 44, of 3421 W. Winston Rd., Rothbury, was found guilty Feb. 7 of DWLS and was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served if imposed and $400 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
– Michael Lynn Byrnes, 39, of 975 W. Grace St., White Cloud, was found guilty Feb. 7 of improper plates and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served if imposed and $125 in fines and costs.
– Ricardo Javier Perez-Maxana, 18, of 2706 E. Hammett Rd., Hart, was found guilty Feb. 7 of driving while license not valid and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served if imposed and $300 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
– Jason Joseph-Grimard Spier, 42, of 4126 Rolling Oak Lane, Twin Lake, was found guilty Feb. 7 of driving while license expired and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail for one year and $300 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
– Joshua Daniel-Riggs Easton, 38, of 5855 W. 5th St., Mears, was found guilty Feb. 6 of DWLS and was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail for one year and $400 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
