The following is recent police activity in Oceana County:

Monday, Feb. 5, 2018:

– 3 a.m., (Oceana County Sheriff’s Office), driving while license suspended (DWLS), Terrace Court, Village of Rothbury.

Tuesday, Feb. 6, 2018:

– 1 p.m., (Michigan State Police), a 22-year-old Hesperia man was arrested for retail fraud/shoplifting, 100 block of Michigan Avenue, Village of Hesperia.

– 4:58 p.m., (MSP), car/deer crash, Filmore Road and Oceana Drive, Hart Township.

Wednesday, Feb. 7, 2018:

– 3:52 p.m., (MSP), one-vehicle rollover crash, no injuries, Filmore Road and 198th Avenue, Leavitt Township.

Thursday, Feb. 8, 2018:

– 3:02 a.m., (OCSO), assault and battery, South Winter Street, Village of Hesperia.

– 8:49 p.m., (OCSO), DWLS, South Maple Island Road, Greenwood Township.

– 10:35 p.m., (MSP), car/deer crash, US 31 and Buchanan Road, Shelby Township.
