27th Circuit Court sentencings posted Feb. 2, 2018.

HART — The following were sentenced recently in 27th Circuit Court:

Meyette

– Jesse Thomas Meyette, 33, of 821 N. Darling Ave., Fremont, was found guilty Nov. 20 of narcotic/cocaine possession less than 25 grams and was sentenced Jan. 29 to five months in jail with credit for one day served; two years probation; driver’s license suspended one year/restricted after 60 days; and $458 in fines and costs.

– Antonio Junior Revilla, 57, of 64 S. Michigan Ave., Shelby, was found guilty Jan. 29 of operating while intoxicated (OWI) and was sentenced to nine days in in jail, serving three weekends, with credit

for two days served; must continue Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) for one year; must get an alcohol assessment and follow recommendations; and $1,000 in fines and costs. “Per plea agreement, third-offense notice is dismissed,” his court file states, “and defendant entered a plea of guilty to misdemeanor offense.”

– Marco Antonio Guerrero, 36, of 409

Dryden St., Hart, was found guilty Nov. 20 of second-offense operating while intoxicated with an occupant less than 16 and was sentenced Jan. 29 to one year in jail with credit for one day served; two years probation; driver’s license suspended six months/restricted after 30 days; and $858 in fines and costs.

– Hunter Reed Ernst, 22, of 1031 Brooke Land, Schererville, Indiana, was found guilty of probation violation and was sentenced Jan. 23 to

$750 in fines and costs and driver’s license suspended six months/restricted after 30 days. His deferred status and probation were revoked. Ernst’s probation stems from a May 8, 2017 conviction of possession of a non-narcotic. “Defendant admits to all probation violations,” his court file states. “Defendant will be discharged from probation unsuccessfully, but must pay the balance of the supervision fee as previously ordered by the court.”

Reed

– Derrick Darrell Reed, 38, of 7110 Clearwater Court, Rothbury, was found guilty Dec. 4 of maintaining a drug house and was sentenced Jan. 29 to 120 days in jail with credit for one day served; driver’s license suspended six months/restricted after 30 days; two years probation; and $458 in fines and costs. One count of second-offense cocaine/narcotic possession less than 25 grams was dismissed.

– Gilberto Lopez, 40, of 2905 Arthur Rd., New Era, was found guilty Oct. 23 of three counts of cocaine delivery less than 50 grams and was sentenced Jan. 29 to three concurrent terms of 11 months in jail with credit for 166 days served; driver’s license suspended six

months/restricted after 30 days; $1,660 restitution to the State, Sheriffs’, Chiefs’ Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT); and $394 in fines and costs. “Probation is not being recommended due to the defendant’s pending deportation,” his court file states. Four counts of cocaine delivery less than 50 grams and one count felony firearms were dismissed.

Anderson

– Tresa Brianna Anderson, 26, of 6225 S. Brye Rd., Ludington, was found guilty Dec. 4 of forgery and was sentenced Jan. 29 to a minimum of one year and one day to a maximum of 14 years in prison; restitution of $1,290 to the Wishing Well; and $198 in fines and costs. Two forgery counts were dismissed.

– Blair Rochelle Collins, 27, of 1158 E. Clock Rd., Hart, was found guilty Dec.

4 of larceny in a building and was sentenced Jan. 29 to 60 days in jail with credit for five days served; 18 months probation; and $458 in fines and costs.
