Shelby man arrested for third-offense domestic violence.

HART TOWNSHIP — A 30-year-old Shelby man was arrested by Oceana County sheriff’s deputies Monday, Jan. 29, at 4:45 p.m. for a felony of third-offense domestic violence on North Oceana Drive.
The suspect was lodged in the Oceana County Jail. The victim suffered bruising, according to Oceana County Sheriff Craig Mast.

Monday, Jan. 29, 2018:
– 10:32 a.m., (Oceana County Sheriff’s Office), larceny from a building, North 72nd Avenue, Pentwater Township.
– 9:18 p.m., (OCSO), a 29-year-old Hesperia man was arrested for domestic assault, 8200 block of East Arthur Road, Greenwood Township. The victim suffered minor injuries.
Tuesday, Jan. 30, 2018:
– 9 a.m., (OCSO), run away, North State Street, Village of Shelby.
– 4:02 p.m., (OCSO), a 22-year-old Walkerville man was arrested on an outstanding warrant, and a 23-year-old Walkerville man was arrested for driving while license suspended, East Tyler Road, Elbridge Township.
– 4:51 p.m., (OCSO), gas drive-off, $33.50 in fuel was stolen, Pentwater Convenience Store, West Monroe Road, Weare Township.
– 6:40 p.m., (Michigan State Police), car/deer crash, US 31 and mile marker 158, Weare Township.
