HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:

Felonies

Quintero

– David Quintero, 34, of 2423 W. Meadow Lane, Rothbury, was arrested Jan. 19 by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for felony charges of larceny of a firearm and possession of a firearm by a felon, along with a high-court misdemeanor of lying to a police officer. Preliminary exam: Feb. 5 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety.

Tejada

– Alberto Tejada, 31, of 571 Spencer Rd., Mears, was arrested Dec. 30, 2017 by the Michigan State Police (MSP) for three felony counts of resisting/assaulting/obstructing police and a misdemeanor of domestic violence. Pretrial conference in 27th Circuit Court: Feb. 12 at 9 a.m. Bail: $15,000/cash/surety.

Alltop

– Roy James Alltop, 47, of 1158 E. Clock Rd., Hart, was arrested Jan. 17 by OCSO for a felony of larceny $1,000-$20,0000. Preliminary exam: Feb. 5 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Garofalo

– Caleb Andrew Garofalo, 19, of 7021 Greenbush, Lexington, Michigan, was arrested by the State, Sheriffs’, Chiefs’ Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) for a felony of possession of methamphetamine. Preliminary exam: Feb. 5 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Ries

– Steven Robert Ries, 29, of 9132 Lincoln Dr., Whitmore Lake, Michigan, was arrested by SSCENT for two felony counts of delivery/manufacture of marijuana and delivery/manufacture of amphetamine. Pretrial conference in 27th Circuit Court: Feb. 12 at 9 a.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Kelley Lee Purdy, 45, of 5225 N. 192nd Ave., Walkerville; Jan. 18; OCSO; second-offense domestic violence. Pretrial: Feb. 6 at 3:15 p.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Larry Allen Conkle, 62, of 9477 W. 12 Mile Rd., Walkerville; Jan. 19; OCSO; second-offense Irving while license suspended (DWLS), no insurance and unlawful license plate use. Pretrial: Feb. 6 at 3:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Jennifer Alice Stamps, 42, of 8451 E. Filmore Rd., Hesperia; Jan. 17 ; SSCENT; marijuana possession. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Cody Virgil Taylor, 35, of 1546 84th Ave., Hart; Jan. 17; MSP; marijuana possession. Pretrial: Feb. 6 at 2:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
