HART — The following proceedings recently took place in 78th District Court:
Arraignments

– Stephen Anthony Click, 23, of 405 N. Hampton Crt., Naperville, Illinois was arrested on a warrant following a State, Sheriffs’, Chiefs’ Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) investigation for felony charges of delivery/manufacture of ecstasy/MDMA and delivery/manufacture of cocaine, heroin or another narcotic less than 50 grams. Click turned himself in to authorities, Dec. 27. Preliminary conference: Jan. 8 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.
– Earnest Milton III, 36, of 447 2nd St., Manistee, was arrested Dec. 23 at the Manistee County Jail by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant for a

felony of narcotic/cocaine possession less than 25 grams. Preliminary conference: Jan. 8 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.
Sentencings
– Jenna Victoria Rodriguez, 22, of 115 E. 4th St., Shelby, was found guilty Dec. 27 of attempted failure to comply with sex offender registration duties and was sentenced to one year discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served if imposed; and $450 in fines and costs.
– Christian Rodriguez, 23, of 5378 Park Rd., Apt. B, New Era, was found guilty Dec. 27 of attempted failure to comply with sex offender registration duties and was sentenced to one year discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served if imposed; and $450 in fines and costs.
