CSC tops 78th District Court arraignments.

HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:
Felonies
Shalifoe
– Martin Charles Shalifoe, II, 47, of 362 Pine St., Shelby, was arrested by the Shelby Police Department (SPD) for felonies of first-degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC) – victim under 13 years old; second-degree CSC – victim 13-15 years old; and third-degree CSC – victim 13-15. Preliminary exam: Jan. 8 at 3 p.m. Bail: $50,000/cash/surety.

– Alfredo Martinez Escamilla, 55, of 7761 W. Deer Rd., Mears, was arrested

by the Hart Police Department (HPD) for a felony of third-offense operating while intoxicated (OWI). Preliminary exam: Jan. 3 at 3 p.m. Bail: $7,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Jonickio Ramond Spears, 38, of 480 Cleveland Ave., Muskegon Heights, was arrested by the State, Sheriffs’, Chiefs’ Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) for two felony counts of delivery/manufacture of cocaine, heroin or another narcotic less than 50 grams.
