Stalking tops 78th District Court arraignments.

HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:

Felonies

Croff

– Cody Lee Croff, 22, of 120 1/2 E. Sandusky St., Findlay, Ohio, was arrested by the Hart Police Department (HPD) for a felony of aggravated stalking. Preliminary exam: Jan. 3 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent. In a separate file, Croff was arrested by HPD for a misdemeanor of assault and battery. Pretrial conference: Jan. 9 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

Kelly

– Michael Shawn Kelly, 56, of 124 N. Bogue St., Walkerville, was arrested by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a felony of identity theft. Preliminary exam: Jan. 3 at 3 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Christian Rodriguez, 23, of 5378 Park Rd., Apt. B, New Era, was arrested by the Michigan State Police (MSP) for a felony of failure to comply with sex offender registration reporting duties.

Preliminary exam: Jan. 3 at 3 p.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Shawn Michael Rosencrans, 23, of 4431 S. 184th Ave., Hesperia, was arrested by OCSO for a felony of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and a misdemeanor of second-offense operating while intoxicated (OWI). Preliminary exam: Jan. 3 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Rosencrans

– Victor Ivan Rodriguez, 31, of 3479 N. 120th Ave., Hart, was arrested by MSP for a felony of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and a misdemeanor of marijuana possession. Preliminary exam: Jan. 3 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Dakota James Thompson, 23, of 611 176th Ave., Walkerville, was arrested by the State, Sheriffs’, Chiefs’

V. Rodriguez

Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) for a felony of delivery/manufacture of marijuana. Preliminary exam: Jan. 3 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Kendra Annette Thompson, 24, of 611 176th Ave., Walkerville,, was arrested by SSCENT for a felony of delivery/manufacture of marijuana. Preliminary exam: Jan. 3 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

D. Thompson

Misdemeanors

– David Kortman, 27, of 1848 Commerce. St., Muskegon; embezzlement $200-$1,000; New Era Police Department. It is alleged that Kortman embezzled from the New Era Wesco. Pretrial: Jan. 9 at. 3:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Justin James Adams, 24, of 518 Church St., Hart; OWI; MSP. Pretrial:

– Eduardo Garcia, 31, of 399 Maple St., Shelby; second-offense driving while license suspended; MSP. Pretrial: Feb. 21 at 9:30 a.m.
