The following is police activity in Oceana County over the weekend:
Friday, Dec. 8, 2017:
– 8:15 a.m., (Michigan State Police), assault, under investigation, 600 block of 176th Avenue, Leavitt Township.
– 8:53 p.m., (Oceana County Sheriff’s Office), a 32-year-old Coal City, Illinois man was arrested for drug possession – marijuana and alprazolam, South 184th Avenue, Greenwood Township.
Saturday, Dec. 9, 2017:
– 12:45 p.m., (MSP), car/deer crash, Oceana Drive and Baseline Road, Hart Township.
– 3 p.m., (MSP), car/deer crash, US 31 and Stony Lake Road, Shelby Township.
Sunday, Dec. 10, 2017:
– 1:41 a.m., (OCSO), a 23-year-old Walkerville man was arrested for operating while intoxicated, 162nd Avenue, Newfield Township.
– 7:45 a.m., (MSP), two-vehicle crash, no injuries, 64th Avenue and Shelby Road, Shelby Township.
– 7:16 p.m., (OCSO), domestic assault, a 46-year-old Pentwater man is a suspect, West Washington Road, Weare Township.
