78th District Court arraignments.

HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:
Felonies
– Allen Cole Pulsipher, 34, of 7063 88th Ave., Rothbury, was arrested by MSP for felonies of larceny of firearms and felony firearm. Preliminary exam: Dec. 18 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.
– UPDATE: CASE WAS DISMISSED: Felton Laron Smith, 33, of 8904 Harper Point Dr., Cincinnati, Ohio, was arrested Nov. 20 by the Michigan State Police for felonies of child sexually abusive activity and using a computer to commit a crime. Preliminary exam: Dec. 11 at 3 p.m. Bail: $25,000/10 percent.
Misdemeanors
– Randy Alan VanDerZanden, 48, of 86 N. Michigan, Shelby; Oceana County Sheriff’s Office; third-degree retail fraud. Pretrial: Dec. 5 at 3:30 p.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent. It is alleged he shoplifted from the Rothbury Dollar General store.
– Melinda Ann VanDerZanden, 33, of 86 N. Michigan, Shelby; OCSO; third-degree retail fraud. Pretrial: Dec. 5 at 3:15 p.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent. It is alleged she shoplifted from the Rothbury Dollar General store.
– Trad Paul Sheafor, 27, of 4159 W. Tyler Rd., Hart; Hart Police Department; second-offense driving while license suspended (DWLS) and unlawful use of a license plate. Pretrial: Dec. 5 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Michael Benjamin Hansen, 35, of 249 W. North St., Walkerville; OCSO; second-offense DWLS. Pretrial: Dec. 5 at 2:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.
