DWLS arrest tops HPD activity.

HART — A 27-year-old Mears man was arrested by Hart police officers Tuesday, Nov. 21, at 11:39 p.m. on charges of second-offense driving while license suspended and improper plate at Polk Road and Comfort Drive, according to Hart Police Chief Juan Salazar.
The suspect was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
