Drug offenses top 78th District Court arraignments.

HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:
Felonies
Ladiwala
– Ishmail Sabir Ladiwala, 23, of 7514 N. Hoyne, Chicago, was arrested Oct. 19 by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) stemming from a State, Sheriffs, Chiefs Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) investigation for felonies of delivery/manufacture of ecstasy/MDMA and delivery/manufacture of ketamine. Preliminary exam: Nov. 13 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Jeremy Kyle Ford, 31, of 8504 N. 96th Ave., Pentwater, was arrested Oct. 17 by

OCSO stemming from a SSCENT investigation for a felony of delivery/manufacture of marijuana. Preliminary exam: Nov. 6 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
Lemke
– Todd Albert Lemke, 53, of 2150 Columbus Ave., Muskegon, was arrested Oct. 20 by OCSO for a felony of possession of methamphetamine/ecstasy and a misdemeanor of marijuana possession. Preliminary exam: Nov. 6 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Andrew James Larue, 26, of 5101 Whitney St., Montague, was arrested Oct. 19

by the Michigan State Police (MSP) for a felony of possession of methamphetamine/ecstasy and a misdemeanor of LSD possession. Preliminary exam: Nov. 6 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Steven George Leszek, 43, of 9282 S. 192nd Ave., Holton; OCSO; larceny by conversion $200-$1,000. Pretrial: Nov. 2 at 4:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Janet Ann Tice, 33, of 217 N. Michigan Ave., Shelby; Hart Police Department (HPD); third-degree retail fraud. Pretrial: Nov. 2 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Holly May Thomas, 29, of 4159 W. Tyler Rd., Hart; HPD; operating without insurance. Pretrial: Nov. 2 at 4:45 p.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.
– John Hammond, 70, of 1691 W. Clay Rd., Rothbury; OCSO; second-offense driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: Nov. 2 at 3:45 p.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Scott Allen Beeman, 36, of 3524 Pinewood Trail, Holton; OCSO; DWLS. Pretrial: Nov. 7 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
