HART — The following were sentenced recently in 27th Circuit Court:
– Douglas James Greenman, 48, of 310 W. 3rd St., Scottville, was found guilty Aug. 28 of third-offense operating while intoxicated and was sentenced Oct. 23 to serve 30 days up front of a six-month discretionary jail term with credit for two days served; two years probation; and $933 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS).
– David Theodore McDaniel, 48, of 2857 N. 64th Ave., Hart, was found guilty of probation violation and
sentenced Oct. 23 to 18 months to four years in prison with credit for 318 days served and $360 in fines and costs. The probation stemmed from a Feb. 1, 2016 conviction of assault with a weapon.
– Elida V. Rocha, 39, of 6827 W. 126th Ave., Hart, was found guilty Aug. 28 of
food stamp over $1,000 and was sentenced Oct. 23 to serve seven days up front, with credit for seven days served, of a nine-month discretionary jail term; $14,235.13 restitution with monthly payments of $237.25; and $258 in fines and costs.
