Third-offense domestic violence tops arraignments.

HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:
Felonies
Riggs
– Joseph Alan Riggs, 35, of 5839 W. 5th St., Mears, was arrested Oct. 14 by the Michigan State Police (MSP) for a felony of third-offense domestic violence and a fourth-offense habitual offender notice. Preliminary exam: Oct. 30 at 3 p.m. Bail: $50,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Shayne Chris Smith, 29, of 235 McClaren Lake Rd., Hesperia, was

arrested Oct. 16 by OCSO for a felony of carrying a concealed weapon, for allegedly carrying and concealing three knives, and a misdemeanor of marijuana possession. Preliminary exam: Oct. 30 at 3 p.m. Bail: $10,cash/surety/10 percent.
Brown
– Tyler Joe Brown, 25, of 4545 W. Anthony, Ludington, was arrested Oct. 13 by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a felony of second-degree home invasion. Preliminary exam: Oct. 30 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent. It is alleged that Brown broke into a home in the 7900 block of Washington Avenue in Colfax Township last June, according to his court file.
– Jonathon James Rutledge, 22, of 503 S. State St., Apt. 2, Hart, was arrested Oct. 8 by the Hart Police Department (HPD) for a felony of
