Breaking and entering tops 78th District Court arraignments.

HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:

Felonies

Alltop

– Roy James Alltop, 46, of 1158 E. Clock Rd., Hart, was arrested Oct. 1 by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a felony of breaking and entering a building with intent. Preliminary conference: Oct. 16 at 3 p.m. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety. It is alleged Alltop broke into a storage building on 144th Avenue in Elbridge Township in July of 2017, according to his court file.

– Fiona Suki Mahar-Milani, 23, of 600 Fairfax St., Radford, Virginia, was arrested Oct. 5 by OCSO following an investigation by State, Sheriffs, Chiefs Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) for two

felony counts of controlled substance possession – methamphetamine/ecstasy and controlled substance possession – cocaine, heroin or another narcotic less than 25 grams. Preliminary conference: Oct. 16 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Meyette

– Jesse Thomas Meyette, 33, of 821 N. Darling Ave., Fremont, was arrested Sept. 20 by SSCENT for a felony of second-offense controlled substance possession – cocaine, heroin or another narcotic less than 25 grams. Preliminary exam: Oct. 16 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
