HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:

Felonies

Kludt

– Devin Joseph Kludt, 22, of 2724 Hamstrom Rd., Portage, was arrested after turning himself in to authorities Sept. 20 following an investigation by the State, Sheriffs, Chiefs Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) for felonies of delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine/ecstasy; delivery/manufacture of cocaine/heroin or another narcotic; and weapons – felony firearm. Preliminary conference: Oct. 2 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.

– Jacob Andrew Gillish, 22, of 18235 Swiss Dr., Spring Lake, was arrested after turning himself in to authorities Sept. 19 following a

Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a felony of cocaine/heroin or another narcotic possession less than 25 grams and misdemeanors of controlled substance use and operating under the influence of a controlled substance with an occupant less than 16. – Daniel Jenaro Quijas, 54, of 6782 W. Deer Rd., Mears, was arrested Sept. 18 by OCSO for a felony of third-offense operating while

– Craig Walker Hatfield, 40, of 108 W. Kenwood Rd., Twin Lake, was arrested Sept. 20 by the Hart Police Department (HPD) for a high-court misdemeanor of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC) and second-offense habitual offender.
