27th Circuit Court sentencings.

HART — The following were sentenced recently in 27th Circuit Court:
Gaston
– Markus Blake Gaston, 28, of 1624 Crumbley Rd., McDonough, Georgia, was found guilty July 31 of meth possession and was sentenced Sept. 25 to serve 120 days up front of a one-year discretionary jail term with credit for 95 days served; driver’s license suspended 150 days/restricted 30 days; and $198 in fines and costs.
– Steven Delos Hamlin, 54, of 1058 West St., Muskegon, was found guilty 
July 31 of third-offense operating while intoxicated and was sentenced Sept. 25 to serve nine months up front of a one-year discretionary jail term with credit for one day served; two years probation; and $698 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State. One count of marijuana possession was dismissed.
* Due to Hamlin’s “severe medical condition,” his sentence was changed April 2, 2018 to serve 132 days in jail with credit for 132 days served, according to court records.
Quist
– Travis Allen Quist, 46, of 5494 180th Ave., Walkerville, was found guilty July 31 of computers – unauthorized use and was sentenced Sept. 25 to serve 60 days up front of a six-month discretionary jail term with credit for two days served; one year probation; and $258 in fines and costs. One count of intentional dissemination of sexually-explicit material was dismissed.
– Logan Nathaniel Duvall, 18, of 84 Ellis St., Shelby, was found guilty
Duvall
July 31 of tampering with an electronic monitoring device and was sentenced Sept. 25 to serve six months up front of a one-year discretionary jail term with credit for 112 days served; 18 months probation; and $198 in fines and costs.
